Just wondering how many Bunnies everyone has. Post Pictures!!

I have 8 in all as of right now

There is my male Scooter A Beautiful Dutch who is shedding like crazy right now.

Then female Maisy. A Pretty Harlequin. And Mother to 6 babies.

        And the babies:

        Bun Bun. A Girl

        Crash a boy.

Jinx. Gender Un-known right now haha.

Rosie. A girl. The tiniest of the bunch. (Onley one I’m keeping.)

Wilbur. A Girl. She needs a new name haha. and suggestions?

And last but not least, Willy Wonka. A boy. He got his name for his Wonky ear that almost flops. He’s the biggest of them all.

So many! I hate that I have to give the babies up. So who are your bunnies?

I’ve got 5…..Mummy and Daddy and three of their baby girls although Pipi and Blossom are now 6 months old and Nermal is 7 months old. All off to the vet with Mummy once the ceiling is replaced and the house suitable for post surgery bunnies.

The family portrait, Daddy Piglet at the back, Mummy Pepper in the middle, Blossom on the front left and Pipi on the front right… They even left a spot for Nermal who I hope to rebond with the family after they are all spayed and moved into the new bunny room. Piglet was done back in November a week before the first litter arrived. Important fact, boy bunnies can still reproduce up to a month after neutering.

and Miss Nermal, chowing down on one of the remaining daybed pillows. She was adopted but the family returned her when she was 5 months old, supposedly due to the kids not having enough time to care for her with school commitments (both teens) Nice kids and she was well cared for but I suspect it had more to do with Nermie being a bit on the bitey side as she started to become a big girl bunny.

Hopefully Pipi and Nermal will be better behaved once every one is a little less hormonal.

They are all so beautiful your buns… I can sympathise with hating to part with them. I had to rehome two oops litters and it nearly broke my heart. In the end I was turning people away as I could not stand the thought of letting anymore go. I’d have nightmares for days worrying about each one and couldn’t rest until I got updates from their new homes. Thats how Pipi and Nermal ended up staying. I nearly had six but someone adopted Iggy a REW that I had intended keeping all along. After that there was no way I could let anymore of the go. I adore Wilbur and Willy Wonka, I’d take them in a second if it was anyway possible.  You could change Wilburs name to Wilma (protector) or Willa (fierce protector) or how about Wren (small bird)

AHHH — all these buns are SOOO freaking adorable.  Here’s my little guys, all recently bonded!

Fleury:  almost 5 month old Tan, male!

Sidney:  almost 5 month old Tan, female!

Tanger: almost 5 month old Tan, male!

All came from the same litter — soo they are all brothers and sisters!  There were 4 buns in the litter and the last one was a lilac Tan and I wanted her so bad but the breeder decided to keep him for showing!  But I emailed her a few days ago and told her if she ever decided to sell him to let us know and we would gladly take him!

                                Hahaha, bunny obsessed.  *hoarder* :X

Cinnabun, HAHAHAHAHAHHA. All my Facebook friends hate me for all the pictures I post of them — but I can’t help it!!!! THEY’RE SOOOO CUTE. I love floppy ears though so I LOVEEEEE seeing pics of Cinnabun, hers are sooooooo floppy and I love her red color. And her little face. AHHHHHHHH. She always looks so innocent. But I’m guessing she’s not. Ironically enough, Fleury is the little poser and he always looks like the most innocent little guy and he’s totally not. Sidneys pictures all come out of her looking tough and she’s actually the biggest sweetheart everrrrrr. The two boys are nothing but pure devils, they’ve acquired the names brat boy (Fleury) and devil boy (Tanger)… LOL.

                                          @Bunnies.are.everything,

First, welcome. I see that you just joined BB this week. I ask that you go to the top of the Forums page and read the rules so you may better understand about posting here.

We have a rule about posting pix of babies, who are adorable – too adorable!  Here it is:

Rule D-1   Baby bunny photos are allowed under these circumstances:    1. This is your own baby bunny that you bought, adopted or acquired. (not through your own breeding)2. You are foster, volunteer, or work for a certified rescue/shelter. Post in the Rescue Section only and provide the shelter name & link to the shelter in your first post.  Keep updates to a single thread.  Posting photos of the babies just to share the cute faces will not be allowed except for above circumstances. The reason for this is it draws people in to our site,  via the search engines, to the subject of babies, and many times breeding. Which we are not equipped to handle.

So if you’re re-homing your babies, I must ask that you take down the pix posted here. Thanks for respecting the rule, and if you keep any forever, please let us see new pix of him/her again later!
