i looked forever to find baby keys that are made of hard plastic… i finally found some today… along with an amazing set of hard plastic rattles. only one small part where they come together was softer and mango sure as the sun found that single piece, bit of a nice chunk, chewed it and swallowed… ive been pushing hay and he has been eating it like a good little boy…and pooping as per usual. he swallowed it about an hour ago, but how long before it will pass ? if he poops well tomorrow morning( it 19:00 here now) does that mean crisis averted? or do i actually have to find the piece to relax?

        bad mommy!!! 🙁

I’m not sure, exactly. It probably depends on how much your bun is eating. Keep pushing the hay and offering wet greens. We usually say to keep a close eye on appetite and poops for 24 hours. After, that time, if bunny is okay, you are most likely in the clear.

Thanx LPT… Its been about 12hours and he is still all circles, binkies and cuddles, he made fair poops throughout the night, cecotropes this morning, which he ate, and then his usual amount of poo during playtime… Ill keep on pushing hay and veg and see by tonight! He LOVES eating! But he is not usually a chewer, just nipples here and there, but not really, and now this! Silly bunny!!!
