I can’t deal, I just want to love them all.
My mom actually had to tell my girlfriend that I wasn’t allowed to take her and her sister’s two rabbits when they were planning on getting rid of them.
I wasn’t even planning on it! Mainly because I wouldn’t have the money to get two rabbits fixed AND buy two separate xpens, extra litter boxes, etc etc.
Anyway, here are my rabbits.

Simba, with Chardonnay (My dogs pup, she was taken in by a family friend.) Simba passed away in October of 2012. He was my first rabbit that I cared for (When I was younger my parents had two outdoor rabbits for us, but I barely remember them.)

And Nala (Left) and Duchess Anastasia, Duchess for short (Right) this was when i first brought them home.
Both are about three years old, and I adopted them at the end of November 2012 because the house felt weird without a bunny in the house. I originally was going to only adopt Nala, but then the shelter told me she was brought in with another rabbit and they were separated for a month because Duchess got sick and they just never bothered putting them back together (Not their exact words, but that’s basically what happened.) and I couldn’t leave her, I knew wanted her before I even saw her.
Now they’re my “Trouble Buns”, and I wouldn’t give them up for the world.
OH MY GOSH! They are sooo cute, I just need a snuggle session! Their coats, look at that fur! Thank you for sharing, I’m glad I’m not the only obsessed bunny momma. <3
I am up to 7… Two foster fails… I work with a small animal rescue and I must admit if I was not strict with myself I would be up to my butt in bunnies.
It’s so hard!
I just have one right now. I can’t get anymore until we move back to the mainland. Then I’m going to get a flemmy for my Peanut.
I would take home every bunny I saw if I could… But my husband would have a fit!
I have a warren of six! ![]()
My three Terrible Tans – Sidney, Tanger, and Fleury…
My two Lionheads – Simba and Nora…
And my newest little girl, Lacey!

All such gorgeous bunnies & I just get over Penelope. That face!
Aww they’re all adorable, and Penelope’s ears are SO cute!!
I LOVEEEE her loppy ears – how old is she??!
I’m SO obsessed, I wish he would snuggle all the time..but Lucky is mainly a morning and a night kinda snuggler…day time is his time to himself haha

Awwww….so much Extreme Cuteness!!! Seriously, my bunnies make me crazy with their cuteness. I tell them it’s their fault I’m so crazy, rabbit crazy, at least.
Wish I could post pics but I cant till my computer is out of the shop.
Aaaarrrggghhhhh… Bunny in the pound… My rescue group is working on it but they are dragging their feet and it’s a REW a big beautiful REW… I know I don’t have the space but seriously… S/HE’s a REW…. and the pound is only 2 km up the road… I have a collapsible pet carrier in my car for emergencies…
Go get that Bunneh, Roberta! You can just “Foster” her…
Roberta, I just settled a REW girl exactly like her at my place tonight! 5.5kg and pretty!
She’s temporarily here for a couple weeks to give her foster carer a break.
How long will the pound hold rabbits?

I’m pretty sure this IS an emergency… ![]()
Wanneroo pound is pretty good and we have established a really good relationship with Bethany who does the pounds admin… We gave them hutches and pellets and Bethany brings any buns into her office when it’s hot and they have icepacks in the freezer for them. They are not supposed to hold rabbits or poulrty at all but they still do… Starsky had been in there over a month when I rescued him.
I am desperate to yoink the baby but I just don’t know where I have room and if there isn’t a foster lined up I’m going to have a problem….
I’ll figure something out….. I’m hoping Jessica (fellow WASAR member) will grab too, she can’t help herself, she’s even worse than I am….
Ok…well i’ll be “devils advocate” then and say hold off on bringing her home. Easy for me to say as it’s remote to me. I only too well understand how different it is when you are close or have seen the animal in person! I only say wait because it doesn’t sound like she’s in dire straights. I’m really pleased to hear youve got system going with this pound.
Of course work toward getting her out but do consider the impact of a strange new intact female bun in your home.
Mmm… Could you keep her at work?
She would have to commute with me, they turn the aircon off weekends and evenings… Plus someone would probably think she was a free meal… Nope… Will just hope we can find a foster fast and maybe she can at least Bed and Breakfast at my place overnight.
