As for the scratching, mine do that, when I’m in their way and they either want to dig their way through my feet or simply make me understand that I need to move ASAP.
As for the nail trimming, it does require two people. Some people can hold their bunny AND trim the nails at the same time, but I have no idea how they do that.

This is how we do it.
Here my boyfriend sits with Molly and holds her with her back to his stomach. He is supposed to support her feet as well, but he doesn’t always do it, so I have to do it.
I find that it is important that their feet are supported, so they relax more.
When you cut the nail, make sure you cut just right after the bend. You don’t want to cut the quick.
If your bunny has dark nails, make sure to sit near a window, so you can see the quick or use a torch until you get the hang of it.
