Hello!
My name is noodlebox and I am a new bunny owner. My husband and I have always loved rabbits, so one week ago we adopted two spunky babies named Ripley and Roxey. The buns were born on 29/4/2016 and unfortunately abandoned
. Thankfully a beautiful shelter here in Melbourne, Australia took them in, and we were able to give them a home.
Ripley is a boy, the more cheeky of the two. He loves to get into places he’s not supposed to, make a mess, hump his sister (despite being desexed), and play with his basketball (so cute!). It’s hard to get a picture of Ripley as he’s a brown dwarf and we have bad lighting combined with dark floorboards, but I tried my best.
Roxey is way more placid. When she’s very relaxed she likes to lie on her back and have a stretch. She loves digging and hiding in her hidey hole in the cat scratcher. Roxey is an otter dwarf. She is slowly warming up to us, but it’s taking her a bit longer.
Both buns are toilet trained already and they love the sanctity of their x-pen, although they are beginning to be comfortable exploring our whole house (but no going upstairs, naughty bunnies!)
Looking forward to using the forum for help and research!
