  I went to the pet store this morning.      The bun was still there   and……………her nails were trimmed.   Yippeeeee.
  
  However the matts are still there and close to the skin.    Coming thursday I am going to call and offer to help again. Then maybe the matts will get cut out.
  
  Oh she is so sweet n pretty.   Tooth purrs too. Very calm.   But no more buns. We do what we can thats all we can do.
  
  The phone call yesterday put a fire under their feet and someone trimmed her nails.    OH and you can’t tell me a vet does all that for them. Else the matts would have been gone too.      The mgr is full of it

  That’s great that you’re trying to help her! Pet stores need people to get after them.
