  I need to come up with something herb-themed for a booth. Others are doing recipes, teas, gardening how-tos, etc. I don’t do much with herbs except, you know, try to entice the buns with them. Any ideas?

  What is the booth for? And oddly the first thing that popped up into my head was herb soap. =p

  Depends what it is for. A herbal soap would work, or herbal face wash, herbal shampoos, herbal poultice, even herbal perfumes. Uhm, dried mint makes a nice herbal pest repellent. And cloves are awesome for dental issues (soreness) because it numbs the mouth, so a clove based tooth ache paste is another herbal use.

  If its a display for young people, you could do herbs and history. Old wives tales and witchcraft type thing.
  i.e. garlic and vampires.
  I think young people would find it interesting, what the different herbs were meant to ward off or attract.

  It is an herb festival thing. There are vendors coming as well. I think one of them might be a soap company. What about herbal infused honey?

  Cocktails? Is that an option? There are lots of nice cocktail recipes out there using herbs.

  That could work. I would recommend rosemary for it, it’s sweet and goes well with breads and such (which honey also goes well with).

  The honey seems like a great idea. =] Too bad you couldn’t do herb butter too. But you would have to get a Styrofoam container and fill it with ice packs.
