Hello and welcome to BB! I’m sorry to hear that you think your bun may be sick. Having a sick pet is never fun.=(
I would advise getting a culture sensitivity done as soon as you can, as it will help diagnose if she actually has Snuffles. Pasteurella Multocida is extremely contagious to other rabbits, and the virus is contagious to most animals like dogs, pigs, chickens, cattle, cats, rodents etc. Theoretically, it can also be contagious to humans too (although I honestly wouldn’t worry about that if you’re healthy and don’t allow your rabbit’s bodily secretions into cuts/scrapes on yourself).
Pasteurella can be a “short term” issue, or a “long term” issues. Although factors like stress or having their immune system compromised can cause a Pasteurella episode.
Although it’s good to be informed, I wouldn’t immediately jump to conclusions about it being Pasteurella (although it is pretty common). Nasal discharge can also be caused by allergies/dusty hay. I would just have the vets check her out. =)
Good luck!
Here’s a link that I think covers the basics pretty well:
