        Do these look like parasites? I’ve found a few in my rabbits poop. She’s been eating pellets, hay, and some banana as a treat, nothing out of the normal. I’ve noticed a few of her poops have been dark and mishapen. Help!!!!

          They could be pin worms, though it’s tough to tell from the photo. From my knowledge, pin worms dry up very quickly and become impossible to see after a very short time, so if this is very fresh poop they certainly could be pinworms, otherwise it’s unlikely I believe. I’d be heading to the vet for confirmation and parasite treatment

          ETA: Also I’m pretty sure rabbit pinworms are host-specific, meaning they only infect rabbits. So you (or any other pets you may have) are not at risk of infection.

            Took her to the vet! They sent the fecals in for testing!
