Hello and welcome to Binky Bunny! Here are 2 good articles on bonding:

The first step is that both bunnies need to be spayed/neutered, with about a month passing since their surgeries before you attempt bonding. The rabbits should be kept separated until then. Some people do pre-bonding, where blankets, toys, pens, etc. are swapped to get the rabbits used to the other’s scent. I have never done pre-bonding, but it can be useful. I have had a lot of good luck using an x-pen for bonding. It creates a neutral territory even if it’s placed in a room that a rabbit has been in. You can place a sheet or large towels down on the floor under it if you want. My husband and I get in the pen with the rabbits, to break up any fighting. We’ve luckily never had that, but some scuffling can be normal. We can also stop any excessive humping. We start with a few minutes the first day, then increase the time each day. I may have been lucky, but all of my bondings (5 pairs over the years) have been quick and easy. Be prepared for a longer and more difficult bonding process though. Sometimes it may take weeks or even months to complete the bonding.
