Hi, I’m new here and I just got my 8 week old mini lop his name is Ashton.

I did have a bunny once before, but that was a very long time ago when I was very young. Back then I didn’t know anything about bunnies since there weren’t forums/YouTube videos around at that time. My first bunny sadly didn’t make it since I didn’t know much and neither did my parents. But now I have done as much research as I could and realized everything I did wrong and can now avoid that.

Ashton will be a free roam bunny once he starts to be litter trained. For now, he is living in a 3×5 c and c that will be extended in the near future.

I’m not sure about his color… it changes depending on the lighting. But he’s a solid light brown in the light and a solid soft light grey in normal lighting. But when you pet him the wrong way he shows up as completely white.

I’m hoping to get a sable point later on in the future so ashton won’t be alone if I ever go out. They’re so cute

I have two holland lops! Bombur is an orange solid, but he’s starting to get tiger stripes on his bum. Asriel is a broken black tort with gorgeous chestnut, orange, and white coloring with a smut of gray. Enjoy bun life

Asriel and bombur: are the stripes moulting pattern?

Boston’s Mama: I think they are! They were born at that right time to be moulting their baby coats and summer coats at the same time ? Bombur’s bum stripes started around then, and Asriel started getting more spots and darker face spots. It’s pretty cool to see their transformations.
