Nice to meet you all!
Wilson is my first rabbit ever–and I’m hooked! I recently moved away from home to go to Uni, and really missed a furry companion. Therefore, I went on ahead and got Wilson. I always liked rabbits, but was never able to have one as my dogs at home are all hunters. I’m really into video games, and especially art. I do art as a part time job!
I also am an avid collector of figurines, with a special interest in dogs– and ever since I got Wilson– Rabbits! Now onto the star of the show:
I got Wilson from my local animal shelter. He was approximately 1 year old at the time, going by his release papers. I’m not 100% sure the situation he came from, as the form his previous owner filled out were very vague. However, he’s 2 1/2 years old now, with a long life ahead of him! He’s neutered and a healthy boy.
When I first adopted him, he was shy, and he went through a tiny period of aggression- but after some trial and error of figuring out what was best for him, he’s the sweetest, happiest boy. He’s full of energy and sass, and isn’t ever hesitant to get into something he knows he’s not supposed to. He loves to play and figure out new toys– and he just can’t get enough of solving puzzles to earn treats. He also enjoys going outside to play when its warm out. He’s a free-roam bunny (unless I’m asleep or away), but I’ve set up a pen around his hutch so that he’s never fully confined to his hutch anymore. I’m amazed by this little guy’s growth into a happy, outgoing little fuzzball and I just love trying to figure out new things to do to make him even happier.
