My name is Mark. Me and my girlfriend have recently adopted a lovely little Rex by the name of Floki! (for fans of the show, Vikings… That was our inspiration)
We are both somewhat new to owning a rabbit and not including fish, he is my first proper pet.
He is a lovely little guy even tho he does somewhat look like a frisian cow.
What made me choose to get him was my partner posting on Facebook for everyone to try and peer pressure me into it
I wasn’t up for it until I actually met him and done lots of research (a lot of my research was done here)I’m a camera operator and my girlfriend is a barista, I realise that might make us sound like hipsters, but I assure you, we are not cool enough for that carry on.
So I will now go through and answer the questions posted by admin.
- Floki
- He is about 6 months now
- We have had him for about 1 month
- He was neutered last week (poor guy)
- He is a little mad man, bounces all over the show but he also enjoys chilling and grooming my legs.. (him licking my legs was one of my silly Google searches)

Great name. Characters from Vikings were definitely in consideration when naming Wick, haha.
You and your partner should make sure to continue communicating about work schedules so floki enjoys every day to the max
