Hello everyone! I’m new to this fourm!

Hello people of Binky Bunny!!

 

It’s great to finally make an account on here! I’ve been using this as a site for research for the longest time so I could learn about the wonders of bunnies. Over a year ago, I decided I wanted to adopt a rabbit, and here I am now! Just a little over three weeks ago, I reached out to a local rescue, and now we’re in the process of trying to find the best time to bring the bunny home. Since I have a lot of questions, I decided it was about time I actually join the forum.

Anyways, here’s some information about me! My screen name is Mushu, so that’s what you can call me :)! I refuse to reveal my real name though, for I am a minor and need to take safety precautions. That said, you can also find me on The Hamster Hideout Forum under the account of MushuTheHamster! As I am a minor, I do live with my parents, who recently gave me the consent to adopt a bunny. The one I reached out about has the name Merida, and she’s an adult rabbit. That’s about as much as I know about her at the moment, but I’ll update as I can. I’ve had quite a few pets in the past, the most recent being my hamster, Mushu, who I took my name off of. Sadly, he did pass away a few months ago, and I haven’t had a pet since then. I’m really excited to be joining the world of rabbits though, and I hope you guys don’t mind having me!

That’s about all for right now! I probably will ask a lot of questions, so be aware of that haha! You’ll be seeing a lot of me now.

Welcome Mushu! I am so glad our site has been helpful for you as you’ve been researching about bunnies. How wonderful that you’ve opened your heart and home to a rescue bun, and I’m very sorry to hear about Mushu. It sounds like he was very much loved.

I’m not sure where I’m supposed to post this,  but I just got word from the rescue, and I’m bringing home Merida this Thursday! I’m super excited!!
