  Hello again everyone,
  
  Today after coming home from work I started noticing Jasper shaking his head / ears and not in the way he does when he is playful. I searched a bit the forum for ‘shaking head’ but could not come to a conclusion I tried checking his ears , the skin looks mostly whiteish. I am looking for ear mites(not sure if I have a good ideea about how they should look). Then i tried touching certain areas , mostly towards the exterior of the ear – where there is also a bit of fur and where it seemed to me the color was not white: one ear he accepted but not very gladly the other one when i touched it with my finger after 2-3 seconds he jumped like crazy and ran away to another one of his spots.
  
  I am not sure but I think the shaking is becoming more and more frequent… what could it be? Should i go to the vet clinic for an emergency check?
  
  EDIT: He just came back to his place and I could check the ear that he previously didn’t allow checking, touching it with my fingers and he had no reaction this time – so probably not pain like i initially thought.

  Is he going through a molt/shedding nowadays? I think Wick has been shaking his head more frequent because fly away fur lands near or in his ear and he’s like, gahh.
  
  Are poos and pees normal, as well as appetite? Has he been lounging as often as usual?

  Well since summer started there’s always some fur coming off in different parts but not a lot. I don’t know if we can consider this as a molting period. But what you are saying, its very possible ! He is lounging as usual, he is quite active at his active times , and poos and pees seem normal; appetite is also normal (for summer).
  I am going to try to watch him again today see if the shaking persists. He was also scratching his head , but not necessarily more than he usual does.
