This happens with Frankie a lot when I get too consumed with school and work and he starts to misbehave like the little brat he is! The only thing I can recommend is to just spend a bit of time with him in the evening. Take him out in a small room like the bathroom where you guys can still have interaction, but you won’t have to go chasing him around if you need to work on something.

Does he have a little bunny proof area he can run around in? Maybe you could attach a pen to his cage so he has more room for when you’re not there. Rabbits like to sleep alot in the day anyway, so if you can get time to spend with him – try early morning and in the evenings. Even if you dozing on the bed, he could still come out and play.

I would get a large exercise pen and let him be in it during the day. Then, at night, he won’t be totally wired from being in his cage.
