        http://www.tri-rail.com/policies/rules_regulations.htm

When Penelope (Penny) is 6 months old, I want to get her spayed.

I have the option of spaying her within my county but if that doesn’t work out for whatever reason, my second option would be to spay her in another county. Those were the only two low-cost ones I could find….

To get to that other county, i’d have to take the train. Now, tri-rail doesn’t really say what animals are or are not allowed.

The “rules” page simply says small animals must be in a carrier. I guess rabbits would be okay, right? I guess this would lead to a “don’t ask dont tell” situation. They probably wouldn’t ask about the contents of the carrier.

I don’t think i’d ever need to take my bunny on a flight, but I was just curious about that, too.

        I found this:

        http://www.rabbit.org/journal/2-12/…o-fly.html

And the first paragraph last sentence under “flights of fancy” made me giggle.

I have traveled for five days from CAL to NC by car but I have never traveled with them by train or airplane.

            lol @ tri-rail rules:

            Radios/Tape Players
For the comfort of all Tri-Rail passengers, the playing of radios, cassette players, video playback devices or musical instruments is not allowed except with the use of personal headphones.

you’d better check your walkman at the door…

Flying is stressful, but you can put them under your seat at certain airlines and that way you can comfort them when they freak out. Train… I didn’t even know any rails took animals, but call them up and ask, since rabbits typically are labeled under “livestock” sometimes they don’t fall under “small pet”.

I was just born in 1991.
I thought it was either a cassette player or a tape recorder but wasn’t sure so I googled it.
