  I came across this book recently and have been thinking to buy it. Anyone here read it?
  Its full title is The Bond: our kinship with animals, our call to defend them. It’s written by the President of The Humane Society.
  
  There’s some content i think i might have trouble reading as im too sensitive. i was wondering if its balanced with more positive stories though? i absolutely love the kinship type stories and am hoping for more of that in the book. Don’t get me wrong. I do think its great if the other content creates an awareness of welfare issues and promotes causes!
