  For a month or so now my lop Eve has been doing what can only be described as harsh breathing. As in, if the room is silent, I can hear her breathing from across the room. Her nose isn’t wet or anything, and her behavior hasn’t changed (although I know they’re good at hiding signs of illness). Should this be something I consult the vet about? I just don’t think a whole lot of it since I don’t notice unless the room is completely quiet. It kind of sounds like wheezing or snoring.

  If it’s not snoring, definitely get her checked out. Especially as it’s a relatively new’ thing.

  If she is wheezing I’d let a vet check out her lungs. She could have a respiratory infection and need antibiotics.

  Thanks guys. I’ve determined it’s likely snoring; I didn’t know bunnies could do that:p she never does it when she’s up and active, and I only hear it across the room when she’s laying down. I just had no idea they could snore!
