  On July 16, 2007, a sweet little brown bunny came into my life…and turned it upside down.
  
  I was going to name him Toffee, but the Last Mimzy was a huge movie back then, so that became his name.
  
  Over the last 6 years, we’ve been through so much. He’s taught me how to live in the moment, like bunnies do. He’s given me a whole different perspective on life that no other animal companion has. In the last year we faced his worst health crisis in his having head tilt. I did not expect him to live through it, but he is still with me.

  Since my son was griping about how slowly the net was going last night I couldn’t put up all the pix I wanted to. I just found the one that looks like he’s got a snaggletooth…lol.
  
  His tilt is not as bad now as it looks in that shot I posted. He’s often almost straight on, but he lists to the left still. If he’s really tired he’ll fall over flat like that again, but when he’s awake it’s much better. Even his doctor could see a difference from when she saw him in May. What a coincidence, that picture was from July 15 last year.
  
  He’s also gained about a few ounces over the last few months. I think I may be having to cut his pellets back.
  
  Jerz, we got our bunnies around the same time of year? I didn’t know that…awesome!
