You got it in on time – *blushes* It’s actually Sunday morning. One last day to be whatever age I still am today. So with all my lovely wishes I am starting celebrating early!!!!!
I took this coming week off for vacation time, starting last Thursday. So I will not only not have to work on my birthday, I got coverage and don’t have to work today either. Woo Hoo!!

I had a very lovely day.
The weather, to quote my brother, was “the prettiest day we’ve had yet this year.” Perfect sun and breeze, about 72 degrees. Food was incredible, especially since I’m on WW so haven’t indulged much lately. Until this week.
We went to a local flea market and I got a cute t-shirt with a pretty design on it and walking socks for exercising off the birthday cake. -
Uh-oh…I forgot about WW. 0_o I hope you’ll still enjoy the package. *blush*
And what are walking socks? We only have the relaxing-on-the-couch kind here.
Ahhhh…I do wish the bunnies and I could join you. We’re talking a good -20 to -30 F here in the next day or so. Almost felt like it tonight when I came back from the laundry.
Spring can’t get here soon enough for me this year! -

I’m a bit of a sock-a-holic myself, I think the sockbunnies are sending me subliminial messages to get more socks. lol….
Right now I get all the aloe-infused ones to help keep my feet from chapping…although nothing beats a good Epsom salt soak for ten minutes twice a day, as I found out when I had to have that toenail/growth removed from my left foot earlier this year.2 cups warm to hot water (as you can stand), 1/2 cup salts and 1/4 rubbing alcohol in a tub or bucket. Soak both feet for ten minutes, dry and instantly insert into cushy sleeping socks…ahhhhhhhh!
You’d be amazed what even two weeks of this routine does for your tired dogs.
