My guy seems to have been born with a slightly lopsided left ear. I think it’s adorable. He can still pick it up when he wants but when he’s chilling it just hangs on down, haha. Anyone know if that’s common and healthy? He doesn’t have any other symptoms (I was scared about head tilt when I first looked it up, but his head is fine).

Some rabbits have what is called up and down ears, where one stands up and the other hangs down, either entirely like a lop, or the ear can stick out to the side, like helicopter ears. That is common. The rabbits with ears like this likely had an ancestor who was a lop.

^Yep. It simply has to do with the shape of the crown of the head. Lop-eared breeds have a different crown shape which causes the ears to lop, so when you mix them with upright ear bunnies, you often get a mix that results in partially lopped ears, or a single lopped ear etc. I personally think it’s very cute
