So i have been hand raising a litter of 6 since they were orphaned at 8 days old. They are now eating pellet as well as Timothy and alfalfa as well as nursing. I have noticed some very red urine. I have researched that this can be normal. My concern is that they don’t have moms poop to eat for the healthy bacteria. I can’t recall what that is called. They show nip interest in water. Anyone who has experience hand raising your feed back would be appreciated. They have been raised on goats milk.

GIVE THEM BENE BAC! My family rescued a cottontail a while ago when he was only 4 days old, we gave him that in his milk and he made it with flying colors! You want to give it to them as soon as possible! Its not as good as the moms but it saved our little cottontail (who we let go once he was old enough). Hope this helps! Good luck

You can get this at petco for $3 (((Link))) They need this!!!!!
