Hi. I noticed that my rabbits really like the normal grass that’s in my backyard to eat. So I started picking a handful or two and giving it to them in their bowl everyday. I was just wondering if feeding them fresh grass everyday is all right. By the way, if you were wondering, the grass is not sprayed or anything. Thank you!

Feeding fresh grass is okay just make sure to introduce it slowly just like any other type of new food and don’t feed huge quantities because it could cause stomach issues in some rabbits.

I go out and cut grass from the back in winter, when its too cold to put the buns out, so they eat fresh grass all year round, its fine for them, though as said above, introduce it slowly as it is a new food
