today I came home from work and noticed that the x-pen had moved and there was an opening of about three inches. my first thought, of course, was “OH-MY-GOD-THEY-GOT-OUT-WHERE-ARE-THEY-CHECK-ALL-THE-WIRES” lol. and then I noticed two little shadows behind my curtain… and found the bunnies in their usual lounge spot. they had opened the x-pen but didn’t leave their area? are they *gasp* maturing? becoming less rebellious? is this possible for bunnies?! haha. I am one proud mama today.

Sometimes I think it’s just the idea of being penned up that drives them batty. Lolli happily spends all day and most of the night in her pen area, but if I were to pen her up, she’d rattle it. I’d get thumped at and stared at until I let her out. lol Glad they didn’t do any damage!
