  Hi there, so i’m not too sure if my bunnies are getting along with one another or not. Jack the eldest rabbit who is around two years old was neutered at about 8 months old and had a lot time spent in the house around us all the time, being handled etc so is very comfortable around me. My second rabbit Millie who is approximately 1 year old and NOT spayed just yet, had a different up bringing and not as much time spent around us and does not let anyone come near her or pick her up. They spend night times in the cage and day time out the back yard cage free.
  When i walk up to them quietly they will be grooming one another in their hutch, but as soon as they see me, Jack will turn around and bite millie and chase her through the cage randomly. Or even when i just hang around them they will e grooming one another and Jack will ramdomly bite Millie and chase her out of the cage. I’m really confused with the behaviour and unsure what to do?

  Obviously they aren’t getting along…. that is abundantly clear. What you should do if you’re going to have rabbits is spend more time looking into when it is appropriate to introduce two rabbits.
  
  They are acting this way because you can’t just put rabbits together and expect them to be friends. Especially if one of them is not spayed/neutered. You need to separate your rabbits immediately, before they end up injuring or killing each other. Females are particularly territorial and rabbits can fight to the death… They cannot be “friends” until both are spayed/neutered. You have your rabbits in a very dangerous situation. Why are you not separating them if they are clearly fighting??? They should not have any physical contact with each other and should be housed in separate cages. You continuing to let them fight could lead to them holding grudges and never becoming friends.

  As advised in the other thread you made – Millie needs spaying, and you cannot bond til after she has been spayed and her hormones have disipated. You cannot put unbonded rabbits together.
