So I have had an absolutely horrible day (as part of a horrible couple of years) and am feeling that the world is a pretty painful, pointless place.  This is pretty much my normal view of the world but today it’s been more acute for many reasons.  Having said all that, it got a little better, in an odd way, when I got home and found this…

You might be thinking, “What’s so special about pellets in a bowl?”

Those aren’t pellets though.  They are someone’s poo.

I bought this food container for them to use because they had been pooping a lot while eating their pellets.  I found something that I thought would work well.  It attaches to their cage, is big enough for them to both eat from at the same time, and will make them eat in their litter, so it won’t matter if they poop and eat.

I left the bowl full of pellets, and those are all gone, but they have been replaced by poo.  Someone hoped up on this little container and decided it would be a nice litter.

They are so, so silly.  And they make me smile, which is quite an impressive feat.

Haha what is it about plastic lid looking material that makes bunnies think it’s a great litter box? Glad they can make you smile in their naughtiness.

Haha that’s funny they are showing their disapproval of having no pellets left…
Sorry you have been having a horrible couple of years.

I find the odd single poo in my buns’ food dish. Not a whole pile though. LOL

I’ve been able to watch them today and Pip is the culprit. He hops into the bowl to eat instead of just eating out of it and then leaves piles of poop. For a little while there were both poop and pellets in the bowl. Eww. I guess it’s back to the drawing board for a solution to the pooping and eating problem.
