Okay so since nala has pasteurella symptoms the vet asked me to move nala into a different room away from the other bunnies since it travels through air. Nala is now up in my sisters room and I am in the basement with the other bunnies. The fireworks are kinda mute down here but extremely loud upstairs. Do you think it would be safe for the other bunnies that she come downstairs for the night while these are going off? or should I just try to comfort her in someway

I think you should leave the other bunnies downstairs ( make sure they behave or keep them in cages) and spend the time during fireworks upstairs with Nala. That should comfort her until the fireworks are done going off.
Best Wishes and comfort for Nala.
