Long time no see? I have been super busy! I hope to be back online more now that things are settling down.
Anyways! Back this summer my rabbits both had a case of sore hocks and the vet told me to not allow them on any hard surfaces. She also told me they may never be able to go on hard flooring again which is a big pain as that is all we have in our house. They do have access to a small amount in their room, but not much. I have felt terrible that they haven’t been able to come out of their room to play! They are always trying to sneak out every time I open the door but I am afraid to let them on the hard flooring. I used to just make a trail of rugs for Mocha to hop on as he doesn’t like to touch the hard floor, but Lulu could care less and hops wherever she pleases. I could block of the dining room and let them play in there but it is no bigger then the bunny room and I HATE the thought of having them penned in. Should I try and let them to hop on the hard floor or should I block off the dining room?
Thanks guys!
