Early stages of GI Stasis?!?!

So I noticed tonight when I went to serve Annabrl her dinner that she seemed a bit off.  She was quiet, laying down, and not noticing her pellets.  All day she has been fine.  She ate her mornkng pellets, drank water, ate some hay, and even ate her bowl of veggies four hours prior to when I was giving her her evening pellets.

I took her out of her cage and she just hopped to the side of the wall and blobs down.  I made some attempts to lively her up incase I just caught her snoozing but no go.  So now I am super worried at the moment.

The vet that I take her to does not open until eight tomorrow so I hope she can handle this for eight hours but as time goes on, I worry more.  I garentee you I won’t sleep a wink tonight with my baby ill.

Is this possibly an early stage of GI stasis?

More info to answer questions:

She’s about 7 months old.

Not spayed.

A French lop/ Dutch mix

Her veggies today were: small handful of baby spinach, romaine lettace, and parsley.

She gets a half cup of Oxbow pellets. 1/4 morning, 1/4 evening.

Always has timothy hay available.

So scared for her right now, you have no idea. I’ll be keeping an eye on her all night to see if she’ll eat or drink something.

*UPDATE*

She is finally eating some hayand her evening pellets, drank a little bit of water, looking more active, and even started grooming herself like she normally does.  I’m breathing a little easier now that she is getting something in her system.  I still fully intend on taking her to the vet first thing in the morning to see what may have caused this little upset in her stomach.  

Seriously gave me a fright.  Sorry guys. lol first time bunny owner and I just want to make sure I raise a healthy bun.

I so get that your super worried, and I’m sorry but I have no experience with GI stasis? I just wanted to post and say is she maybe having a quiet day? My boy does that regularly (how we came up with the name ‘quiet day’), especially if the weather is warm, but I’m guessing your living in a cold climate? In one breath I want to say don’t worry too much – but in the other cause I have no experience but have read lots about it I don’t want to encourage you to take it too lightly either? So best for me to just say I have both you and Annabel in my thoughts. Other BBer’s who have had experience shouldn’t be to far away and can offer you some advice/suggestions. Edit/ADD – If it wasn’t for BB, I may have used a ‘no no’ flea/mite treatment on my boy (horror!).  So don’t ever hesitate to ask…..

It may very well just been a quiet night for her. She’s acting like her normal self now. She sure knows how to scare the sleep right out of me. lol she’s normally the energizer bunny but I imagine she eventually needs to recharge once in a while. Thanks for the response. I’ve just been hearing a lot about gi stasis and owners not acting quick enough and end up causing a death. I’m also a little jumpy because a year or so back I lost my guinea pig to ammonia in a day and was so heart broken.

Luckily, I think this time was a false alarm. *wipes sweat off forehead*

Glad she is better! I don’t know what your temp is like, but here it is awfully hot! So mango jumps outa his cage, run straight under the bed and lies down on the tiles for about an hour or so(with me on my tummy next to the bed feeding him vegies) and then he starts playing! Mornings he is a lot more active than evenings, because of the heat… I didn’t sleep at all the first 2 days this was going on! Now I know his pattern! Hahaha silly bunny!
