Does the rabbits sex or breed affect a rabbits ear temp? I have a male Continental Giant (that i named Orion) and a female Flemish Giant (that i named Midnight) both are black and neither of them are in direct sunlight and Midnight (flemish Doe) ears are considerably warmer. I thought it would be different because my buck is 2x larger than my Doe. Note I am not concerned atm, this is purely out of curiousity.  This is also the first time Ive had rabbits as pets, neither are currently fixed and they are housed seperately (in my livingroom in xpens). So if anyone has info or observations on this please share.

Not that I know of, my female bunny(Storm) has ears that are a bit warm but not a significant difference than other rabbits I’ve seen
