Guys! I am so in shock!! I was holding two folders on my hands and Pamper ran over to me as she always does when she’s feeling playful. And my butterfingers let one folder go and it was right on top of my rabbit!! She immediately ran off and thumped her feet very loudly. She was scared for a while and wouldn’t let me touch her. She “squatted” around her surroundings for a while. I offered her treats and finally came over to me and let me pet her.

She seems okay now, pooping, eating, drinking regularly, maybe a little less playful but I guess that’s what to be expected. I palpated her whole body and for what I can feel everything seems fine, and she doesn’t seem to be hurting (or at least she didn’t wince at all when I touched her).

Her eyesight seems to be fine too, and she walks normal as well. I will keep a very close eye on her for the next couple of hours, and see if anything changes.

Is there anything I can do? How high are the chances that I hurt her internally? I’m so mad at myself!

        Thanks.

It sounds like she’s fine. Just keep an eye on her, make sure she’s behaving as normal

I’m sure she was probably just a little freaked out. Folders are not that heavy. My rabbit pulled a plastic suitcase of tools over on top of himself once. It missed him but he was not very happy with it and kept thumping at it. He got over it within the hour

She was probably just scared more than anything. It might not have felt good either, like if someone whacked you with the corner of a stiff folder. I doubt it did any real harm to her though.
