I believe my rabbit is molting. I will spend 30 minutes to an hour only brushing theo, but when I wake up in the morning, she has a fresh batch of shed fur on her! The reason why I am scared is because, I heard that the dead fur on her body can cause her to have stomach issues if she consumes it too much. If she keeps shedding this much fur, will she get different problems like stasis?

Also, I noticed her poop pellets were slightly smaller than the ones under. (this morning)

If she is molting, then she needs multiple brushing sessions every day. You can break it up into shorter times throughout the day. Shedding a lot of fur is normal for a molt, and an increase in shed fur can increase the risk of blockage/stasis but it doesn’t mean she will develop such a problem per se. However, smaller poops can be an early indication of the onset of stasis. I would keep an eye on her poops, and the important thing is to stay abreast of brushing, change out water bowl frequently to get rid of any fur floaties, and make sure she is eating tons of hay (which might require decreasing treats). Hay will help any ingested fur move through the gut.

As for keeping an eye on her poops, check if they’re stringy, like stuck together by fur. Then you’ll know she’s grooming and ingesting a bit too much of fur. Oreo just finished her molt but my second bun is still going through his, so he’s getting groomed every day.
