It’s hard to tell a bit due to all the fur (gosh darn rabbits!). The pink-thing looks like an exposed toe “pad” that they have. If this is a top view of the paw though or it is not along a toe/finger, that’s abnormal and I would get it checked out. It doesn’t raise any flags I recognize in terms of specific bugs or diseases. If you’re speaking to the darkish thing on the right side of the paw, it’s hard to tell, but if it’s a foreign object it might a stuck piece of poo/cecotrope. It may also be a tick.

You can look here for rabbit-experienced exotic vets: rabbit.org/vet-listings

I know this isn’t a ‘real’ answer, but I think at least sending this photo to a rabbit-experienced exotic vet (rabbit.org/vet-listings) would be good. It really looks like a finger/toe pad, the little that rabbits have, but if it is really between two nails, it may be a growth. It’s small so hopefully not harmful and perhaps could be removed, but an educated professional needs to make that assessment.

If your rabbit is not moving on this paw normally, that is a stronger push to see the exotic vet sooner instead of later. Also, if any health-related behaviors are deteriorating (poop, pee, energy, appetite), that is also a push to go sooner, rather than later.
