Do foot flicks hurt?

  Has anyone here done something their bunny didn’t like and got kicked by the foot flick as they hopped away? Normally my buns are polite enough to get 2 or 3 hops away before they flick their feet at me.

  The idea if a foot flick is to kick dirt at you, so I don’t think many owners have actually been hit by a foot flick. Like you, it’s more so something you see. I imagine it’s equivalent to a more intense head nudge or if someone lightly shoved your hand.

  Yes! My bunny is a sweetheart, but he will do this if I try to pick him up and he’s not into it. A lot of times he’ll run toward his bathroom area and try to fire off a few poops at me lol. I wish it was dirt! But he doesn’t seem to do it with a ton of force (like when he thumps), so I don’t think it would hurt.
