Disturbing YouTube Videos

I don’t know where else to share this, but I saw the most disturbing/disgusting thing I think I’ve ever seen in my life on YouTube today… Yes, a rabbit was involved. I don’t know why I clicked on it. I was looking for behavior videos to better understand my own rabbit and somehow, I stumbled across this atrocity. I obviously won’t link you all to it. I wouldn’t want any of you rabbit lovers to see it…

I’m shaking and so upset right now that people exist in this world that would do such things to such harmless, innocent creatures. It makes me absolutely LIVID. I just wish there was something more I could do… I left a scathing comment and flagged the video as “inappropriate,” but it doesn’t feel like enough. (I honestly just want to track down the person that made the video and beat the living CRAP out of him. )

God, I’m just so sickened by this. I’m sorry…

Moral of the story? STAY AWAY FROM YOUTUBE or tread very, VERY carefully. There’s a lot of sick things on there that you won’t be able to erase from your memory, no matter how hard you try. This was the kind of thing that can honestly scar an animal lover for life. No exaggeration.

I’m sorry you saw it, whatever it was. :o( I kinda want to help flag it but not possible without knowing what vid it was…and I don’t want to know! Hopefully it will get pulled off. Has it only just being put up or it’s an older one?

Fill your day up with happier things. I’ve been upset recently on reading some things or seeing some docos & news reports. I’m relieved that it does pass and not occupy my mind so much. But that too makes me sad as it like you give it less importance by forgetting or putting it aside. I try do what I can at the time when I’m taken by it, and then try not remain caught up in it as I don’t think that’s healthy.

i’m sorry you saw it too. i have run into a terrible video before and i felt as enraged and disgusted as you describe. actually im pretty sure i went into shock after… felt really faint and cold. it was hard to shake but thankfully i don’t remember it anymore. there are some disgusting useless people out there. best to waste as little energy on them as possible.

i do remember – other than flagging the video – i searched the help files and found somewhere to leave a comment or something. it was a while a go so i can’t say for sure what exactly it was i did but it was more than just flagging the video and i got to vent about it.

hope the specifics fade from your memory soon!
