disposing bedding and picky eater

currently i clean my bunny’s bedding out every 3 days and throw in regular trash is there a better way to dispose because the bedding is biodegradable and so is rabbit waste.
My bunny used to love dandelion greens and now suddenly wont eat any thing but cilantro, that too for 2 days he ate voraciously and suddenly now very picky , he is playing and pooping well and eating his treats well . he also used to like blue berry and grapes as treats now only will eat banana or apple . is this normal behavior , iam worried his food preferences are becoming too narrow.

A change in food preferences is a symptom of something wrong. Is he eating hay? His pellets? Other greens? It could be a dental issue, or the onset of GI stasis due to something else. Either way, you should have him checked by a vet ASAP, before he stops eating entirely. Encourage him to eat greens and hay, try not to give any more fruit, as it may make matters worse. 

That’s good if his poops look OK, but you should clean the litter box more frequently just to make sure.  Problems can arise in as little as 12 hours, so if you’re only cleaning every 3 days you might not notice a problem.  Especially if you notice a change in diet, a good first measure if to immediately clean the box, even if you just did, so you can keep track of poops. 

Concerning the bedding, I compost mine to use in the garden as fertilizer.

thank you . burfee seems to be just spoiled , when i didnt give him his favorite cilantro or apple but gave carrot pieces for treat and carrot greens and spring mix and hay , he ate them . he is pooping well and still begs for other stuff but when he realizes that he wont get anything else then he eats what is given
