I was hoping to get some thoughts recently my rabbit was admitted to the hospital after some bloodwork and other test ran we found out that my rabbit was having some kidney issues, he was on a strict Timothy hay only diet for 2 weeks and now those two weeks are ending so I want to know what food can I slowly start introducing to him without putting stress or shock into GI tract?

You could perhaps start with a little bit of good quality pellets. Half a tablespoon or so. Low calcium veggies are for example fennel and romaine.
