  Lately my oldest bun Beyoncé has started to warm up to me! But one day when I crane home from school and went into the bunny room she didn’t run up to me like she used to. I asked my mom if she did anything to upset her and she said she tried putting a sweater on her it’s not really her fault though because she has never had rabbits, and is not as educated in rabbits as I am, is there anyway I can gain her trust again? And every time I go to pet her she completely flattens her body to the floor. I really worries me that I will never have that complete bond with her

  When a bunny flattens to the floor if you try to pet it it as a rule means the bun wants to be pet. Does she look scared? Does she back up into a corner? When a rabbit doesn’t want pets it tends to “tell” you by running away or, if there’s no way to get away, by growling/boxing/nipping. Buns can be pretty adamant about what they like/don’t like. Does she lower her chin to the floor? If she does, she’s asking to be pet.
  
  I don’t think what your mom did made your bun lose trust in you. It was probably scary for her though, and she might be a bit suspicious of your mom for a while now.
  
  You can absolutely gain back your bun’s trust. If her diet allows for treats, treats are good way to get back into a bun’s favor.
