  Here is Ruby relaxing. She has gone longer than usual getting her nails clipped since I’m going to let the vet do it at her annual check up next week!

  Here’s a picture of my bun’s spay-incision- area. She was spayed (full ovariohysterectomy) 3 weeks ago.
  
  As you can see, practically all fur has already grown back!
  
  For comparison, here’s a pic of how her belly looked 2 days post surgery:
  
  How long it takes for the fur to grow back depends on where in she shedding-cycle the bun is when the shaving takes place. It’s completely normal for it to take up to six months.
