Cute images of you bunny – in a book

Hello everyone

 You have been a great help in here with all my troubles with litter training and so on, and now I need a lot more help from you.

 

I am doing a handbook on bunnies in my own language. There is only one book on house rabbits in our language, and it is from the 80’s and has a really old, conservative and not very bunny-friendly approach to having bunnies. I am writing the book to help people who are thinking about getting a bunny to decide if it is the right choice and to make current bunny owners aware that bunnies are in fact just like any other pet and should be treated as such, by living indoors with space to roam and not in small hutches in the back yard all alone. I really hope and believe that this book can make a huge difference to a lot of bunnies. It is time that people here learn more about bunnies and see them as proper house pets.

 

Anyways, I need images for the book. I cannot fill the book with images of my two gorgeous bunnies and then the standard images from professional photo databases. So if you would like to help me with this and you have a great picture of your bunnies/bunny in a high resolution (300 dpi) and good quality, and you wouldn’t mind to have them published, please do send me an email – ursula@shamo.dk.

 

I am looking for images with these themes:

• Two or more bunnies enjoying the company of each other
• A bunny jumping/running/fooling/in any action (to show the joy of letting bunnies out of the cage)
• A cute close-up of your bunny
• Bunny playing with toys

I will write the name of the bunny(ies) and yours as well with the photo in the book.  I hope you see the fun in it.

I wonder if the owner of the Medirabbit site may be able to assist with some info/references? She’s a biologist and rabbit owner and the site is offered in several languages. I know it may be confusing calling myself Karla in here…but that was Karl’s name the first 4 months with us until the vet told us we should change the name to something more masculine I did think about changing my name in here to Karl then, but I like Karla and I had used it for a while, so thought I might as well keep it.
