I want to share a couch guard I created from spare grids I had from building Wick and Fable’s cages, in case anyone would find it useful.

        Required supplies:

        • 6 grids
        • 8 connectors
        • 2 grid doors + 2 connectors (optional)

The optional door wings can help adjust to larger couches, but if you have a small one, it’s not needed!

When built, it can be placed on top of the couch cushions when you are unable to supervise your rabbit.

The door wings swing outward to compensate for longer couches and also provide stability (though without them, the contraption stands up just fine!)

When not in use, door wings can flap inwards and it can be put below the couch.

I slide mine right under the couch like this. Although you can see it, it makes it easily accessible when I need it, and it stores flush with the couch, so I can still use the couch even it it’s there.

I hope this can be helpful to some people and also inspire other rabbit proofing solutions!
