Ahh I feel relieved.   His toe is not broken and is still attached inside.  The nail got sprained and is turned to the side.  As long as it isn’t getting hung up on stuff he will be fine.  And not to feel bad or guilty cuz they can be so stoic and he only hurted for a few days.  As he is doing Bunny 500’s n such now he seems fine.

It is ok for me to do his nails it isn’t hurting his toe.   His Dr. wants me to trim the nails every 2 weeks cuz of that toe.  He cleaned the scent glands too.  I called them anal glands and he said  after a bit  oh yeah we call them scent glands.   I said yes ok I can smell them when he jumps on me and sticks his fuzzy butt in my face lol.

And next time he comes in he MUST have his hat on.  His Dad is dying to see.  I like this vets office.  It feels good when you got the right vet.  And they have Oxbow pellets and hay.  I bought botanical hay.  I don’t think he is liking it.  I think he is shy of trying new hay.

I quit buying hay at feed stores cuz none of it is 100% timothy it has some alfalfa in it 20%.  I notice he picks thru the hay. So I got straight timothy from the pet store and having only 1 rabbit a huge bag goes a ways.  More than I thought it could.

And little fellow gained 2 or 3 ounces.  I want the best for Cotton as I want him to live a very long healthy life.
