So Peep is due his vaccines in march, but yumi isn’t due hers until June
Obviously I don’t want to push peeps vaccines back, but does anyone know about bringing yumis forward? Does it need to be a gradual shift, or can you just vaccinate early?

You could certainly bring it forward. When I first had rabbits, I was getting their RHD vacc done every 6 months. Then I calmed down and did it yearly. But it was actually a recommended schedule here last year due to a release of another RHD virus.
There is also a very rabbit savvy UK vet that recommend myx vaccine every 10-11 months as they were seeing vaccinated rabbits contracting myxo (not full-blown disease) at 11-12 post vaccination. He suspected they were more vulnerable to it in last couple month before yearly vacc was due.

Anyway, check with your vets but I believe vaccinating earlier won’t hurt and could be more beneficial.

Thanks jersey! I’ll give them a call about it to make sure, it’d just be much easier to have them on the same schedule!

I’ve been wondering about this too! Mine are all at totally different points of the year though. Thanks for the info
