I switched my Bun to Zupreem rabbit pellets and the awful urine odor of her litter box is gone! she mainly eats greens and timothy hay and about one fourth cup pellets a day. I was giving her a different brand timothy pellet and her litterbox was stinking something terrible. now with the Zupreem there is no odor! anyone eles have this experience? I am sold on these pellets!

Hmm, do they have any extra additive in them specifically for urine odor? I use the Aspen Supreme litter and it literally eliminates odor. More aromatic greens like kale, basil and cilantro also cause a stronger odor.

I really like these pellets (and the rabbits do too) but honestly I never noticed a difference in the odor from urine using them. I’m certain they don’t have an extra additive to specifically control odor urine too. I wonder too if it just happens to be a coincidence with some other changes you could possibly have made in her routine.
