Hi our marshmallow has had a recent changes in behavior to where he is

        – Not finishing his bowl of pellets right away (he usually does)

        – Has small bouts of heavy breathing (could be in our heads, however I will list it to be safe)

        – Has been a little more relaxed laying down and chilling a little more than normal (again could be in our head) but then spontaneously will get his outbursts of energy.

        – Randomly will find a poop where he was laying, to where normally he is religious about making it to the poop pan.

        Facts:

        – He is still very active, evenings have been a little less active bUT still will go into marathon bunny 9000 eventually.

        – he is still pooping/eating hay and pellets, but perhaps a little lighter than he would normally.

        Theories:

Could it be the time change for him to where his whole day is pushed back an hour and I am still finding him in his less active portions of the day? Is he less hungry at 6am now due to daylight savings and eating his breakfast intermittently rather than all at once.
        ?

Later in the evening the landlord raises the Tempture about 5 degrees from what it is at mornings (where marshmallow is quite active), could it be warmer for him and he’s laying dormant to stay cool (about 70-72 degrees).

Let me know, he seems super this morning 7am, but he ate a little slower this morning as he was more interested in playing in the kitchen while I got ready for work rather than eating. What do we think?

How old is Marshmallow? If he’s around 1-1.5 years old it sounds like he’s just mellowing out with age. Between that time frame is when my boys stopped being super rambunctious and started just loafing about more and started eating their pellets and greens less ferociously. Kinda like they reached adulthood.

He is between 1 and 1.5, okay we will keep and eye on him, we put a call into the vet to just be safe. May go for a check up Friday if things still not sure.
