OK, usually I wouldn’t put one on, but because my eyesight is very poor now, I am worried about walking into Olly or putting my hand down on Olly’s paw, also the other day I did a very funny thing when Social Services were here, I accidentally kissed Olly’s bottom

I was advised by a Support worker for the blind to get a brightly coloured collar I could see, I got 3 and came home and Olly was very excited and was letting me put the collars on him, but these are adult cat collars and too tight, would a large collar for a Ragdoll or Maine Coon cat fit?

I’m unsure of the sizes, but it’s good that you realize it’s too tight. I would keep experimenting until you find one that works.

I’m not sure the availability, but it’s good to get the collars that snap off easily. I think they make those? That way Olly doesn’t get caught on anything.

Thanks Wick, but we have found out that Olly is a British Flemish, so we looked on a rabbit site for them, it says not to put collars on them because their necks break easily, so we will get him a harness, better to be safe than sorry.

Good to know! Research is always a good thing. Best of luck finding a pretty harness!

I had no idea Olly was Flemish. He must be huge? He doesn’t look huge in pix but of course you can’t tell unless there’s sth to compare him to.

I would recommend a harness too, rabbits should never have collars because of their delicate necks. I hope you’ll find a pretty one! Although I can’t imagine there exists a harness that wouldn’t look pretty on Olly!
