It’s probably scent related or another potential is your bed feels better to pee on generally. Wick typically pees on his other parent’s side of the bed rather than mine if he pees on the bed.
People have done different approaches to this, but they only mainly involve being a hawk, monitoring your rabbit constantly when they’re on the bed and preventing them from getting there when they can’t monitor.
You can put a litter box on your bed and constantly bring caramel there each time a pee is about to happen so the connection is at least trying to be established.
You can do a startling sound right before a pee to signal it’s not okay and escort caramel to a litterbox.
For preventative measures, getting a waterproof cover is a great investment. You can cover your bed in a paint tarp or something when you’re not using it so the texture is unappealing.
Another idea is redirection — give caramel something more appealing. Wick’s hutch is purposely the tallest furniture piece because he likes the height to survey. If I built it at the same level or lower than the bed, he would choose the bed instead.
