CANADIAN MEMBERS- Oct 27th- Need Your Help (School-Related)

This message is for our friends in Canada. As most of you know, I am a graduate student. One of my seminar classes has been consumed by an environmental issue that is right in our backyards. I have heard a lot from both sides here and from other parts of the US. What I haven’t heard, is how people in Canada feel about it. I thought it would be an interesting angle to bring to the discussion, to say I talked to some “average” Canadians and here is what they had to say.

I got permission to post this. The rule is that if you wish to respond, you need to do so through the private messaging system. Do not reply to this thread unless it is a clarifying question about how to respond.  I don’t want to start a discussion/debate with anyone about this. My personal feelings are irrelavant. I just want to know what you think and what the general “buzz” has been.
