Ok, i’m obviously new to this and although I googled it I did not find the answer.  Our 3 week old bunnies like to be in moms litter box.  Their normally in their condo and she poops on the top level in her box, but I let babies and mom run around in the bathroom and they seem to like to eat around in her litter box there. Is this normal?  Sorry if this question sounds silly but my kids asked me too and I don’t know.

I’m not sure if this is ok, since rabbits have their own code.

        Please advise.

        Thanks

          It is very normal…

Excuse the disgusting state of the hutch… I was cleaning daily at the time to try and keep up.

The only mishap we had when the bubs played in the litter tray was Piglet, whose litter habits are impeccable, was in a hurry one morning and accidently peed on one… He was mortified and would not use the tray again for days.

LOL, that story is hilarious.  Your kits are beautiful, did I count 7?

P.S. thanks for relieving my guilt about the litter pan.  I should have know it was ok by how comfortable they were in there.

Wait, can i post a pic of my 3 week old kits now?  I’m confused….

            .

              .

The only time the baby photos can be shown of the accidental litters are under these circumstances:
              1. A health question where a photo would be helpful
2  A behavior question where a photo would be helpful

              3. The member is keeping the bunnies as their own. If they are only keeping one, then they can only show that one.

Exceptions are made for rescues who get in baby bunnies or have received a pregnant doe.

              Helloworld!!
